More Investment in Fast Food Market
Through a press release, the company stated that in what remains of this year it will be opening stores in the residential and commercial center Bamboo Eco Urbano complex, Walmart San Sebastián, near La Merced Park in downtown San Jose, Rohmoser Square, and in Liberia.
Elfinancierocr.com reports that “…The first five restaurants will have air-conditioning, lighting and refrigeration equipment which is environmentally friendly. Also, they will have wide spaces and the new design related to the revamping of the franchises’ image.“Without doubt our intention is to create a point of sale where our consumers feel comfortable, in an urban and modern environment both inside and outside the Greater Metropolitan Area,” said Mauricio Rodríguez, operations manager at Taco Bell Costa Rica.
“… Another fast food firm that will be expanding its presence before the end of the year is Subway. The brand announced last June that it hoped to open four outlets outside of the GAM, located in: Ciudad Quesada, on one side of Parque Grecia, Santa Cruz, and Nicoya.”
